General Motors Corporation, Warren, Ohio Date Code 8/55, Removed from an old Kenmore ringer washer we ended up scrapping because it was missing parts. It was well protected up under the washer's skirt. Nice granite finish. And the dataplate was covered with wax paperboard, so that dataplate is mint. It's made of cast iron parts. I removed from the shaft the parts shown. They are included. One of them extends the shaft and has a rubber covered ring part. The other part clamped a flexible shaft(like a hose) to the shaft. And that attached the motor to the washer. 1/2" x 1-5/16" shaft with through hole as shown This motor doesn't come with a motor base(a ring type would be appropriate) The spread between the rings is 7-1/4" on center. The motor housing is about 6-1/4" diameter. The motor is about 9-3/4" long from end to end. Including the shaft. Great working condition. Great physical condition as can be seen in the pictures. We also replaced the air filter and installed locking wheels on the bottom of the air tank so it can be moved around. Selling With No Reserve! Hi! I have for Auction here a nice working 1/2 HP Single Phase 110 Volt Craftsman Electric Motor. It runs at 3450 RPM's. The shaft size is approx. 2" long and 5/8" dia. I believe it probably came off of a Jointer. Belt, Disk Sander but could be used on anything. The black cover sticking out the back is another shaft coming out the back side and it is approx. 1-1/2" long and 1/2" dia. it has no keyway but just a flat surface. I did not test this motor. Good motor for just about anything. I don't know much about electrical stuff but it has a regular 110 plug and another set of wires coming out of it which may be for the on& off switch. See Pictures.
