What wrong: The laptop will power on but the monitor(screen) will not turn on. You can not hear the window 7 theme logo noise. When powered on it will make continuous noise that sounds like something is hitting against something. Every 3 second on the near the DVD player. I think it might be the motherboard but I am unsure.
