So I bought a whole new pump(ouch) So now I have this motor that I don't need. It works great. It is wired and has a plug for 110V, but it can be wired for 220V, if desired. There is some rust on the body(see pics) It can always be wire brushed and sprayed, but it isn't necessary. All of the specs should be able to be seen from the pictures.

I used to have a sand filter and my water was never that clear, but then I bought this last year and my water was perfect. Never have to backwash either. Unfortunately this year my pool split the sidewall and took the liner out with it. Instead of replacing the above ground we are putting in am inground and this filter won't work. This is a used pool pump motor that was running fine on an in-ground pool but was replaced because it was screaming very loudly. This was because the bearings went bad and needed replacing. I just replaced the old bearings with 2 new bearings and I fired it up and it sounds like a normal motor now and ran great. This is a 240 volt motor. Single speed. Guaranteed not to be screaming or dead on arrival. Motor is a couple years old now, I have no way to predict how long this motor will last, could be 3 months or 3 years.
