Misubishi Motor with Aoki 100:1 gear reduction gearbox and electric brake
This an Aoki gear box coupled with a Mitsubishi motor. The label on the gearbox is somewhat readable. Except for the gear ratio part. I have determined the gear ratio on the gearbox is likely 1:100. This is based on me putting marks on the input and output shafts and turning the input shaft by hand. I turned the input shaft 25 times and got what looked like 90 degrees of rotation on the output shaft. 1:100 is my best guess and won't be too far off. However, it is possible the ratio could be slightly different, say 1:96 or 1:104 or something right in that range. The motor is 3 phase 200-220 volt Misubishi 50 or 60 Hz. 1700 rpm, with electromagnetic brake. Properly installed, you can stop this motor on a dime. There is no HP listing on the data plate. It does specify.4KW I have not tested the motor.I do not have easy access to a 3 phase ... moresource and a motor load tester. However. For a serious buyer I can make such a test happen, even at your facility. I am a licensed electrician) I have checked the motor windings with an ohmmeter and see 9.8 ohms winding to winding and an open- windings to ground(that is what we want) This whole contraption is mounted on a pretty heavy steel plate. There is also a big heavy chain that mates with the sprocket on the output shaft. Please ask if you have questions. Don't be afraid to make an offer.

Case still has oil in it and tank is bone dry with no rust. No reason this shouldn't fire right up with some tinkering. Pretty sure this has the larger 2 1/8" bore and was most likely from a Bolens walk behind tiller. Motor has not been tested and therefore it must be sold"as found" with no returns. Type CR- 2. 1/80 H.P. Metal badge reads as follows: Bodine Electric Co. Chicago U.S.A. Volts- 115 Duty- INT RPM- 5000 Amps.4 H.P. 1/80 Temp- 40* C Type- CR- 2 Univ. Motor The little brass plate in the front reads: Gear Ratio 289. The motor is mounted onto the reducer( I believe this is what this is called) Has a large knob in the center with Slow and Fast settings with the letters A- B- C- D- E. Below the knob: Reset Knob On It's Shaft. So Arrow Points to"C" When Large Drive Wheel Revolves in 30 Seconds. As you can see in my pictures this has( 2) large hooks to attach to a larger unit- motor. The original cord was ... moreno longer good so I replaced it with a brand new 3-prong plug. 14 gauge 3 wire cord on this. The length of the cord is 72" long( 6 feet) I plugged this in and pulled the on- off switch and it just hums. I can tell it wants to run but I believe if this was cleaned up and you removed all the gunk and greasy dust and dirt it would run again. I wish I knew more about this. This does not currently work. Wired for Forward and reverse. It is likely that you can purchase different output shafts or make something work. When energized there is 5 inches of outward travel on the screw and it stops. Reverse direction and there is 5 inches of inward travel in the rods. I am offering you here 1 of the units. I have 2.They are identicle except that 1 of the blue tubes is about 2 inches longer. Both units are in pristine condition.nice and tight.no evidence of lubricant leakage. If you want both then we can ... moredouble the price but I am offering you one here.
