This is model number 230B and features a steel and cast iron body with a wooden handle and wooden mixing paddles. This one has a large spinning wheel with a handle that connects to two gears which then spin the four wooden paddles inside the container so you churn the butter or mix your ingredients. You are purchasing a Hobart L800 80 quart mixer. You will like this mixer. Mixer comes with a steel bowl. Paddle, hook, meat and/or cheese grinder. The mixer has been well maintained. It looks good and works great! The steel bowl needs to be professionally coated. Tinned. There is a cost to tinning, at least $200. The meat/cheese grinder may need to be painted because bare metal is exposed. Older models were built to last. The mixer out-lived the pizza place that closed. This is impressive in looks and performance. No out of continental United States shipping. You can pick this mixer up for free in a suburb west of Chicago. Using a freight shipping company is another option. But that is at your expense. You can use my freight shipping company or your own. It needs to be put on a pallet.
