This is a vintage Sikes desk chair and is great condition and is very sturdy and well made. The chair has the original finish and has just a wonderful patina to it. The seat looks like it has been covered with a seat cushion and is also in great condition. The roller and height adjustments are original and in good condition. Up for auction is a 1923 Bankers Utilities Co. Book of Thrift" For Baby bank full of old coins. The front cover says"For Baby" and has a picture of a baby with blocks. Advertising on the back cover is for"The Society For Savings" These items were distributed by bank and loan associations as a way to encourage people to save money. This is an antique cast iron stamp seal from the Bankers Reserve Properties Incorporated. It is dated 1926 Melbourne, Florida. It stamps very clearly and is in nice overall condition. It does show some use on it but it has most of its original paint including a red decorative star that is a nice aesthetic addition to the piece. This does not seem to be working. Very attractive decorative piece either way. Approx. 6 1/8" tall. Base approx. 5 13/16" wide x 2 1/4" deep. The metal on the sides has a few small holes. The largest approx 1/8" I will try to take better pictures of the sides, as the small holes are not noticeable. I don't feel that they detract from the charm of this clock, but they are an imperfection. Dial is marked BDC. In the back there are pages of information on population, postage rates, etc. There is also a calendar of 1913 and 1914 on the inside of the covers.
