For auction is this Miller Millermatic 250 MIG Welder.Input is 200/230/460 Single Phase and output is 200 amps rated 60%duty cycle. Included is a Miller M25 15 foot gun. Ground, Gas Regulator/Flowmeter, hose and a Miller 30A Spoolmatic Gun with a 25 foot extension. The machine has been painted because it had some overspray and scratches in the paint. It looks very good. M25 gun has new liner, tip and nozzle. The 30 A Spool Gun has a new wire canister, tip, barrel and liner. The gas regulator has an adapter fitting so it can connect to a CO2 tank as well as Argon or AR/CO mix. Also included is a Y fitting if you want to run two bottles to the machine, CO2 or the mix for steel, Argon for the Spool gun for welding aluminum. The machine shows some wear, some overspray on the cables, a ding here or there but it works as it should. It has the 10 ... morepin remote for the spool gun and a 14 pin remote also. We welded.035 with the M25 gun and it laid down nice beads with no hesitation of the wire. The 30A gun works as it should, wire adjusts fast to slow, good strong feed and no gas leaks. We welded an aluminum plate to test it and it laid down a nice bead. This is a nice clean 220 single phase setup that you can weld steel. Stainless or aluminum. Miller XMT 300 with Thermadyne Portable Wire Feeder and Bernard MIG gun
This for a Miller XMT 300 and a Thermadyne 12s portable wire feeder with a Bernard MIG gun. The XMT 300 is CC and CV and does Stick. TIG, and MIG. This was the predecessor to the XMT 304. Everything works good and is wired for single phase right now. It has the Autolink for automatice voltage detection from the incoming power. The Thermadyne wire feeder is basically just like a Miller SP-32 portable wire feeder. They are about the same size and style. I also have a cart and a Miller Spoolmatic 1 spool gun that I'm selling separatey but will give a good deal if somebody wants them to go with the welder. Nice. Used Miller XR Aluma-Pro 25A air-cooled push/pull gun with hose. I am not a welder, but the previous owner hooked it up and welded perfectly in front of me to prove it worked great. It is in good working condition. It has scratches and stains from previous usage, but no abuse. I see a small zip tie strapped down on tip to make it tighter as seen in the 3rd picture. Up for auction is a very good condition Miller XR Control Feeder Box(181538) and 25ft air cooled MK Products Python push pull gun. This is a package for both items. I do not want to seperate. Everything works great and it is setup for 3/64" aluminum wire. What you see in the pictures is what you get. You need to hook the feeder box up to a power source such as XMT. MILLER XMT 350 CC CV WITH MILLER SUPER S32P WIRE FEEDER GUN CABLES REGULATOR
Miller XMT 350 CC CV with a Miller Super S32P wire feeder. Miller Roughneck Gun, Smith gas regulator and hose, 15 feet power cable and ground with quick disconnects. The XMT had epoxy splashed on it but there were no dents or signs of abuse so we did a cosmetic refurb with new paint and decals. The serial number decal couldn't be saved so we took the serial number from inside the machine and engraved on the back of the XMT for easy parts reference. Otherwise it came out looking pretty nice. The Super S32P feeder shows wear on the case with a burn mark on the side but it works good. We MIG welded with this and it put down real nice clean beads with.035 wire. Tested all the functions and everything works as it should, TIG MIG and Stick. The wire feeder is voltage sensing so it can be used on any gas drive too. Smith gas regulator is a premium ... morepiece and barely used. Miller XMT 350 CC CV with Autoline 220-575 volts input single or three phase. Switches automatically. MIG TIG Stick. Serial LH110225A. These facsimiles were produced in the 1990's for students of comic art and for enthusiastic collectors who could not find the original. They were only made to order and only a few were made.
