This is a system I bought with the intention of setting it up to run here a couple of years ago. Have not had the time. And have recently moved the business in a new direction. The Praxair 3410 HVOF console was demonstrated for me with the Miller thermal HV-2000 gun at the time I purchased it, and worked good. Was being used for R&D purposes at the time with new coatings. The 7th picture shows a robot interface control(looks like calculator) which the guy I bought this from had not used, so I can not say if that part is 100% Will spray ceramics as well as carbides, Nickel Boron, etc. The Sulzer Metco 9MP-DJ closed loop powder feed unit I picked up seperately and I am told the pot was being used open loop. The unit is missing a couple of solinoid valves which are available from Metco which is all I think is needed to make it back to closed ... moreloop operation, although I have not seen this unit run. I do have manual for console which will be included. All that is needed to be up and going should be hoses, regulators and a chilled, distilled water loop to keep gun cool. I will strap these to two pallets for shipping and load your truck, you pay for shipping. If crating is required, there is local company that can fabricate crates for an extra fee. I bought a miller trailblazer and this 12RC suitcase welder together as a set last year. The retired police officer that I bought it from was going to"get into" welding. But barely used it at all. The trailblazer had 20 hours on it and by the looks of it- I doubt if he used the suitcase welder one single time- it looks like new other than some scratches and dust from being moved around my garage. I thought I might use it eventually, but I have had it a year and find myself only using the trailblazer or my 220v lincoln, so I have no use for this. The 25' extension cords combined with 15' gun give you 40' total distance, but of course your ground cable would need to be close enough to the work. This is an original and rare historical hard-back book setting out the history of the Paris Gun the Great War. It covers“ The bombardment of Paris by the German Long-Range Guns and the great German offensives of 1918” It was written by Henry W. Miller– Lieutenant-Colonel U.S. Ordnance and published in 1939 by George G Harrap. This book came from the personal library of a Major Maltby- Royal Artillery- a heavy artillery expert and pioneer(215 th Siege Battery) in the First World War who also served in the Second World War. I will include a copy of a very early photograph of Maltby in uniform with the book. It has 277 pages with photographs. Drawings and illustrations.
