This cover is aprox 11 3/4in across 1 1/2in high this has raised letters on it. We have painted this one black& then painted the letters with gold leaf. It is setting in a plant stand. Film Rating, Guarantee Card, Owners manual and the strap which appears to have never been opened but does have oxidation on the connection. I believe this was the first model to have ASA. The Paper wheel does not have any torn or damaged areas. See pics as I have rolled it forward. The knob spins the paper freely but takes some getting use to to set it exactly where you desire. Nifty old brass water meter cap that has been converted into a covered box by the Backwords Company of Missouri(tag attached) The cap measures roughly 1-1/4" tall. The lid is about 3" in diameter. While the base is roughly 2-7/8" in diameter. A metal plate has been added to the bottom and covered in green felt on both sides. The piece can now be used for display or to hold tiny treasures. The inside rim of the cap's base has a fabulous turquoise patina. There is also some surface rust. Both give evidence to the age of the item. The lid has the manufacturer's name, Hersey, as well as Dedham, Massachusetts. A real piece of history! Sale is final so please ask any questions you may have before you bid. Vintage Leica Light Meter for M Series. Metrawatt. s/n 18660
This meter fits to the hot shoe of the Leica camera body. The hot shoe fixing is secure. The settings plate is moving freely as is the Din plate. This plate has quite a lot of superficial scratches. The meter appears unresponsive to the light. Whether this is because the corner serrated dial is switched to the black dot. I don't know. It appears seized so I cannot move it to the red dot. The light sensor plate is undamaged. Sold as seen with no guarantee as to its functionality. No returns accepted.
