No manual is included but this should be readily available from Simpson. Tested and appears to work well- we have included a pic showing a result when using the calibrator. Simpson 260 with Sipson padded case electrical test meter
This Simpson 260 test meter was refurbished by an electrical engineer and given the green light for service. I do not know what"series" it is. It comes with probes and a Simpson padded case that makes it drop proof! This meter does have a chip on one corner. It actually cracked the whole face! But the face was replaced and the fuses replaced along with other refurbishment. I have not had any problems with this meter once I got the padded case. So much better and peace of mind! It has served me well. I am no longer in the biz and need to get bills paid. Sad to see this meter go, but my loss is your gain! This is an incredible meter. This is the best and last meter you will need to purchase!

This vintage Simpson 50 Volt AC meter is in very good condition and spent it's life in an R&D laboratory as part of in-house manufactured test equipment. Was removed, tested and stored for future use. It was probably made in the 1930's and is a really cool looking meter that will enhance whatever you put it on! The face measures approx. 4-3/4" wide X 3-1/2" high X 2" from front to back of terminal studs. I purchased it from my former employer who was in the electronics manufacturing business for over 70 years. This has been checked against a Fluke True RMS laboratory DVM, and the two had no very appreciable difference, but I cannot guarantee absolute accuracy as I don't have a calibrated ... moremeter or source recently certified to NBS. Vintage SImpson Milliamp Meter Scale 0-20 mA
Vintage Simpson Milliamp Meter The Scale range appears to be highlighted in Blue from 7.5-10.5 mA. Lens may need to be cleaned and polished as there is some over-spray speckles observed. Scale 0-20 mA N eedle moves quite freely. Model# not known I am selling quite a few Meters over the next several weeks. Please look over my other auctions.
