I've tested it on 110v and 240v AC and both read correctly. The 6 volt and 12 volt tests were approximately 10% low according to my cheap Harbor Freight digital VOM. The OHMS test worked well except for the OHMS x 1 mode would not zero. The original leather case is missing the top. Finally, there is one chip on the backside visible in the pictures. Vintage EICO OHM Meter model 565 with probes
This is a vintage EICO OHM meter with a set of vintage probes. This worked. But when I checked the batteries there was some corrosion so I removed and cleaned the connections. As the photo shows the top of box has fallen off but we still have it. I don't exactly know how this meter works but I tested it in a outlet and the meter moved as I believe it should.
