As I do not have the technical knowledge or equipment to do so. It does power on, and the sound system works. When first powered on, the scope showed a bright line that extend about 1/3 of the way across the screen. After I cleaned some of the storage grime from it, and in doing so changed some of the settings, the scope did not light up, but a bouncing dot of light appeared momentarily when I powered it down. Here is a large(11.5" W x 7" H x 6" D) Wappler Electric Co. meter. The meter is 0-4000 and is marker HIGH FREQUENCY and THERMOCOUPLE TYPE. MILLIAMPERES. Inside is a bank of bars marked' Globar Type B. 36 Ohms' There is some sort of communication cable attached. There is no glass on the meter face. The end of the communication cable looks broken. Nothing has been tested and I honestly don't fully understand what this thing even is. It must directly measure some kind of thermocouple, but I couldn't say what kind or how. This came with some other airplane stuff that I sold a while ago, so this may be aircraft application, but I don't know. Maybe someone could use it or parts from it. Interesting thing, anyway. Could be adapted for all sorts of precision measuring. I believe this was part of a radio telecommunications system from the 1960's.
