Up for sale is a gently used Fluke Networks DTX-1800. I purchased this in May of 2012 and used it to certify around 700 links across 4 hotels that I work for. I have followed a strict ritual for the handling of this unit including; automatic shotgun privileges. Never left in vehicle, always keep natural curve in PLAs, always store PLAs with protective boots, etc. Basically I treated it like a new born baby. Fluke 2625 Data Acquisition Meter. It says HYDRA II on front panel. But I can not guarantee whether is it s HYDRA or HYDRA II. It says 2625 as model, but not sure if that means whether it is an"A" i.e. 2625A) or not. I would appreciate input from prospective buyers to help me clarfiy. I try to be completely honest about instruments I sell, as I work professionally with them. This one has me just slightly befuddled as to exact accurate model. It does not include rear input module; just the meter. I believe it is fully operational. I checked the front input terminals with 100 mV, 1, 10, 100 VDC. I quick checked VAC, and ohms(10, 100, 1K, 10K, 100K, 1M, 10M) It read 0.38 with zero ohms input(uncorrected 2W) So it appears to be working on all ranges and functions that use front input terminals. Comes complete with original box, a soft carry case, two different sets of test leads, user's manual and pocket-size Quick Operating Guide. Also includes a Fluke PM8907 Power Adapter that will both power the Scope Meter from a standard 120 VAC outlet and charge a NiCd battery pack. Note that this meter does not come with a NiCd battery installed. It was originally supplied with one. But when we tested the unit in preparation for this listing we found the battery would not hold a charge. Fortunately this unit is designed to also run off of four C-size alkaline cells; we installed a fresh set of Duracell's.
