This is an elegant tall matching salt and pepper set with crystal clear acrylic body and heavy stainless steel base and top and screw cap. This is the taller 7.5" Amiens set which originally retailed for $180. Measures 7.5" to the top, and about 1.75" diameter. I have inspected both mills closely and everything is perfect like new. Not a single smudge or ding. This no longer made set is hard to find. A very similar set. With the same stainless construction and grinding mechanisms recently sold on eBay for $158 plus shipping(see#380827399256) This set is very well constructed: it has a stylish and practical height and diameter. And ... morevery good heft/weight. As the photos show, everything fits tightly and materials/workmanship is top notch. Made in France. This no longer made series is hard to find now. This set was a gift and used only once or twice. The stainless and clear acrylic are perfect all around. I see no flaws. Note that except for the"S" and"P" on top they look identical on the outside.
