Here is a used Aloris parting blade tool and 27 NEW inserts. The blade itself has some damage on the right side where it looks like an insert might have got ripped out of it and damaged it. That end of the holder may no longer be usable but that will be up to the new owner to decide. The other side of the holder has some scratches where it was rubbed against a workpiece This end also has a small damage area on the seat but the inserts seem to fit in it nicely. All of the inserts are new and in the original boxes. They all measure.200" wide. I hope you can see the labels of the boxes to get whatever info you may need. If not let me know. This is a good used phase two quick change tool post holder. It has no problems that I am awear of. I was told it was for a 15 to 18 lathe when I bought. It clearly is not. I am guessing its for a 10 to 13 swing lathe. I have used it for over a year now I just built a spacer for it to sit on while I used it. ALORIS INSERT DORIAN TOOL KNURLING TOOL HOLDER SCK-5050 4 LATHE 1/2 X 3/4 SHANK
Dorian Tool knurling tool holder. Stamped SCK-5050. Shank is 1/2" x 3/4" 2 1/2" long. Unit seems to have two positions. One parallel with the shank and the other at a 90 degree angle to the shank. There is a ball and spring that are intended to hold the head in these two positions. On the 90 degree position, the swivel head seems to jam up, you need to push down the ball behind the head to release position. This is what I found when I reviewed the unit. Also, one of the knurled wheels is a bit stiff. All as shown.
