There have ... morebeen no items were I refused a full refund including return shipping when I have made a mistake. I find most all buyers just want what they bought. But for what I sell I am going to continue with my policy of 5 days. That is please contact me if there is a problem within 5 days. I give some slack because if you get a item on a Monday you might not get a chance to really check it out until Saturday if your working. Please then contact me so we can resolve the issue. Shipping please read: Shipping is a necessary evil nobody likes to pay it. However it is necessary and for what I sell. I must charge shipping! I try to keep the cost down and do not charge a packaging fee. Some time back the host started charging a finale value fee on shipping. This means they collect a percentage of the shipping cost besides the standard item cost. On a smaller USPS Priority mail item the cost is really not effected, any difference I absorb as the seller. However on larger items shipped UPS Ground or trucking, I must add weight or adjust to reflect the percentage the host takes. For ex sample if I'm sending a 100 pound item from Massachusetts to Oregon via UPS Ground I would be paying 10 dollar
