This auction is for one(1) 1/2" X 26 1/2" stainless steel rod. These were machined to be used in an assembly that was used in a marine environment. The rod has approximately 5" of 1/2"X 13 thread on one end and a notch on the opposite end for a retaining clip. Each rod has about 20" of uncut or unmachined 1/2" stock. Some may have a number stamped on the rod in very small text and some may have that number on a sticker(see pictures) I don't know which stainless steel material this is but since it was part of an assembly that was used in an ocean going floating platform I assume this is possibly 316. However I have no way to confirm. For the most part these are unused although a few may have been assembled then disassembled. Expect some scratches and blemishes from storage. Used in good shape. This steel rod was removed from various scanners. 1/2 inch by 22 inches long(may vary a bit in design and length) If you want to use the whole bar. Then you will have the full length, however, if you need the whole bar to be smooth. Then you may cut off 1/2" on the end to 21 1/2" +- inches in length(inches) Nice. Smooth and straight, made for use in scanning machines. Most of the bars are as seen in the photos. As far as my testing has determined. These are NOT TEMPERED steel.
