Hello. Up for auction is a vintage lot of eleven(11) Black Diamond Tenor Banjo strings. There are: 2- Silver plated steel 3rd(string) and 9- wound on silver plated steel 4th(string) They are possibly silver wrapped around the steel. But I do not know(there is some discoloration, which may be tarnish) These strings are NOS from an old store and are in their original packaging but the box does not always match what is actually inside. I am not an expert on musical instruments, and I can only tell you what I see on the packaging. I unwrapped one or two to see what the ends looked like, and I did notice that some may have some discoloration.I do not know how this will affect the use of the strings.
