Description this is a rather nice quality silver plated one pint teapot. Of substantial weight, with a scrolled handle which has a thumb rest, the flat hinged lid has a ball finial, it is marked on the base as per sixth photo denoting the silversmiths as the illustrious Gladwin Ltd of Sheffield and the Registration Number indicates c.1927, the handle has wear spots(plate loss) generally and the body also has some wear(plate loss) the interior is in a clean condition apart from blemishes as shown in fourth photo, the base has rest wear as to be expected so in our opinion, and opinion is subjective, there are no major issues, other than aforementioned, as there are no repairs, just normal surface scratches dings dimples and blemishes commensurate with age and use, but please look at photos to make up your own mind: height: 4¾"12cms ... moreoverall length: 7½"19cms diameter: 4"10cms We give this description to the best of our ability. But there are several makers of this Vintage American china. This lot is 1 saucer. See pictures. It is in good vintage condition with the scuffs and light use scratches common to older dinnerware and gold plating, but no chips, cracks or crazing but for a small flebite chip on the gold edge where brown is showing through. The bottom is marked in gold in the shape of an artist's pallet, Crest O Gold Sabin, Warrented 22K. It is 4-1/2 inch tall and 5-1/2 inch across top. There is a 1 inch fold mark on the inside of the bowl. That was the result of when it was made, looks like a crack or scratch, but is smooth to the touch and was from the making of the piece. No chips or cracks. 10 ct 2-1/4" Polished Copper Plated brass lure fishing spoon kit
10 Spoon pack. Used. Sort of. The spoons in this kit are new and have never been in the water but have been in long term storage and many have developed areas of corrosion. Hence the'used' description. Note that the'color' of the 10 spoon half ring in the photo above appears closer to brass than copper. The single spoon positioned next to the square is much closer to real life. These are quality USA made solid brass spoons with a polished Copper plated finish. All purchased spoons will be shipped loose(disassembled) with Mustad 3551 treble hooks and#5 fine wire split rings(one each per spoon) Many experienced fishermen will tell you that spoons are perhaps the most deadly fish catching lures ever devised. And I tend to agree. Trout, Salmon, Steelhead, Bass, Pike, Walleye, Carp, you name it and I've caught it on spoons. ... moreThe action of these spoons is superior and you will be pleased with their action in the water and their ability to attract strikes. Actually catching the fish now. well. Big Hint: light line = more strikes. And if the fish doesn't strike you can't catch him. A lot of folks use line that is way too heavy when fishing spoons. A lighter line will give your spoons far better action. And the action is what makes these particular spoons work so well. I typically use a good quality 6 lb. test with these spoons and have landed up to 20-30 lb. fish. The fact of the matter is. When a big one heads into a brush pile you ARE in trouble regardless of the line you're using. Another point to consider is the light wire split rings and hooks that come with the spoons. They keep the drag down and action up. But they simply won't stand high test line. So if you're the type that likes to use 80 lb. Spider Wire or something like it, you WILL be having split ring/hook failures. Caveat Emptor. This kit is priced so low that you are really buying 10 hooks and split rings with 10 copper plated 2-14" blades thrown in for almost nothing. If you're like me. A lot of your spoons

Up for bid is one Vintage ABBEY& IMBRIE Nickel Plated Brass Fly Reel with 2:1 Multiplier. This reel is engraved on the front cover with"ABBEY& IMBRIE. N.Y. PAT. JAN. 17, 82, PAT. OCT. 8, 89" These patent dates are those of Julius Vom Hofe. Who was one of the manufacturers of reels for Abbey& Imbrie. The foot has numerous marks and dents indicating it was straightened. The handle knob appears to be hard rubber. There is a clicker controlled by a slide button on the rear plate. It is in good working condition and good overall condition with the exception of about 20% plating loss. Based on the foot having a center hole and the use of a spring type washer on the rear cap it further identifies Julius vom Hofe as the manufacturer. On the bottom of the foot there is the number"696" or"969" depending on ... morewhich orientation is correct. Hi. I have for my auction this antique. Silver plated, 5 1/4" high, jug, by James Dickson& Sons. It is fully marked on the base, and it also has 1/2 engraved on it. Around the bottom and"neck" of the jug, is a pattern of"greek key" design, and on the front and back there two very decorative cartouches, no engraving on them. It has been well cleaned, and is not in bad condition really, but it has been repaired on the base, pretty crudely, but not by me! It was in a large box of vintage items I recently bought at an auction, and seemed too nice to throw away, so I thought someone might like it! The reel has nickel plating over brass. The plating is in fair condition. There is some brass showing in a few spots. Mostly on the pillars and foot(see photos) There is a clicker controlled by a slide button on the rear plate, and drag controlled by a knurled thumb wheel in the rim of the front cover. It is in very good working condition. The handle appears to have a ivory colored plastic knob. On the handle side face cover it is marked" WINCHESTER. TRADE MARK. MADE IN U.S.A. 4256" It has a jeweled bearing cap on the rear plate. The front bearing cap is missing. Buffet R-13 Clarinet Silver Plated Keys, 1 owner, played for less than 3 years
I am the original owner of this clarinet. It arrived at my house from the Buffet factory in France in the fall of 2003. I played it for my senior year of high school(not in marching band. Only indoors for symphony) and for a year and a half at college where I was a music major. It is in perfect condition. I was a true band geek and treated this horn like it was my baby. I used a tiny, dry paint brush on a regular basis to sweep away any dirt or dust that collected in the tiny grooves of the keys. Dorky, I know. But I loved it. You will get a good clarinet. During my first week of college my clarinet professor had me take my horn to his repair man to have it re-padded with high quality leather pads. The factory ones weren't good enough for him. Two weeks ago I had one cork replaced. The other corks are in great condition. Cork grease for ... morethe new cork is NOT included. A black leather ligature is included. The original hard, leather case has some scratches and dents on it, but not many. Included is a black Altieri bag with a nice shoulder strap. I used this to carry my horn and music around campus in college. It is soft and padded for extra protection, with a large outside pocket for holding tons of sheet music, books, extra reeds, a metronome, pencils, etc. I am a stay at home mom now and my priorities have shifted to my children and husband. I am sad to let this horn go. But it's just been sitting in my closet for 6+ years. It's sad to see it just sitting there and a little painful to remember my glory days. Dorky again, I know.
