This is a very old German made key wound wooden wall clock. I wound it up and it started tic tocking right away ran for a little while then stopped. It does chime but I think it should sound better. It will probably need some adjustments. It does show some age cosmetically. It is marked JUNGHANS on the clock dial. It measures 24" tall, 10" wide and 6" in depth. Winding key included. I have noticed that if the chimes are changed and do not work, they seems to self adjust and start working after a few hours time. Need to adjust slightly. If clock stops, it is not balanced properly. If after balancing, and clock still stops. Than adjust the clutch of the clock. The instructions on doing this are in the back. The wood seems to have be re-stained. It does chime. When the hand is turn to the half or the hour it begins to chime. There are two hammer chimes. The base reads made in USA. Also there is a marking that reads Normandy Chimes 2005. The clock does work. It was placed on a slight angel and the clock works okay. The clock works need to be balanced. There are two screws on top to balance the clock works. The clock measures 19" in length X 9" in height X 5" in depth. The clock need some cleaning and oiling. The clock ticks nicely. This beautiful porcelain face 8 day wind-up miniature hanging clock dates to the late 1960s to very early 1970’s. It still has the original tag attached. The only flaw is. I cannot find the key. Original attached foil label– Wintermantle Qualitat Beautiful white porcelain face with bright floral border. And additional gold gilt border setting off the bright white porcelain. A small 8 appears below the numeral 12. And the key winder appears where the numeral 8 would be on the face. Germany appears just under the numeral 6. Has tiny black metal delicate hands on this clock– appear to be in mint condition. Also. Has tiny brass weights and brass chains. When I took the original photos one of the brass chains had a knot in it. I was afraid to fix it. But while sitting and waiting for me to write its description, the clock fixed itself! The back ... moreof the clock enclosing all of the clock workings is a light beige plastic. Germany is embossed in the plastic and it has the hanger at the top. Size: Diameter of the face is approx 2 7/8ths inches. From the top of the face to the bottom of the longest tiny brass chain is approx 5 inches. The depth of the clock is approx 1 1/8 th inches. Condition: Very good. The only possible flaw to this lovely vintage clock is the fact that I know longer have the key to wind it. I believe these can be found on line. Very small and light. The face is off white with brass tone gold floor, Roman numerals and black metal hands. This measures 18” across with the face at 7” across. Key IS included and winds to the front. This was just serviced at the watchmaker where a replacement reconditioned movement was placed inside. New movement would have been $35.00 So I placed a reconditioned one inside. VINTAGE Harris + Mallow key wound“bed warmer” style clock. Looks just like the bed warmers of yesterday. I am not certain of the age of this piece. Likely looks a tad older than actual, our guess is the mid to late 60’s/ Clock face is a round disk about 9.5” across. Roman numeral numbers in 3D texture in a copper color metal( make up unknown) and 3 ornate metal hands. Key would face with key included. We wound it on 2 occasions and let it run until it stopped. Both times it ran w/o incident. Please be careful not to overwind. The stick handle is 23” long with a leather tie loop on the end. Entire length is about 32” long. Presents very nicely. This is a beautiful vintage Delftware type clock. It is an 8 day key wound clock made by The Newark Clock Co.Inc.Newark.N.J. It is a blue and white colored square plate type clock with Dutch scenes including a boat,windmill and people. The back of the clock is a metal can type with a hanging bracket. It measures 8 3/4 by 8 3/4. It is in very good condition with no chips. It has some crazing on the front and back. It is missing the key so we do not know if it works.

Being offered is an authentic Chelsea Shipstrike clock which chimes ship watches on the hour and half hour. Chime can be turned off if desired. It keeps good time and also has an adjustment for fast and slow, a windup key is included. The brass case measures 5 1/2" face is 4" The brass case has tiny dark spots on it, note photo) probably from salt spray at some time in the past. The natural wood base is in good condition. The face screws on assuring a dust and moisture free case. This clock has sailed many miles on my cruising sailboat which has been sold making this clock available.
