Threaded 1" wound up fork in great condition. Steerer tube length is 6.5" I believe the rake is 43mm. It isn't marked on the fork and my tools aren't the most accurate. But it should be suitable for most road bikes. crown race not included. It is for a hatta swan headset. However I could add it to the sale if desired* I used this on my peloton track bike so as to have a brake. But I'm making room and haven't been riding that bike. The fork is a special edition sold through Merlin. So this would look great with an older ti bike. This is a very nice British Silver War Badge from WWI(sometimes incorrectly referred to as the Silver Wound Badge) It was awarded to all those who were discharged from the military as a result of wounds or sickness and was intended to be worn in the lapel so they would not be handed white feathers for not being in military uniform. each is numbered and this piece is number 203895. It comes with the entry from the roll that shows it was awarded to George Croxford of the Royal Garrison Artillery. Croxford served in Dover Castle and did not serve overseas so this is his sole medal entitlement from WWI. He was discharged in July 1917. There is also some research on the different RGA units in Dover Castle. His service papers are available in Ancestry and show that he was a 29 year old carpenter foreman from Tooting when he enlisted in 1915. But by the 1920s-1930s the background-like that for enlisted chevrons-had changed to a very dark blue or black. Offered here is one of these later versions of the World War I wound and service chevron, embroidered in thin gold wire on black as it was usually worn by officers. Several areas of minor damage to wood, chips on edge in two spherical pieces. No cleaning or restoration has been attempted. I used a soft makeup brush to dust and cotton cloth to clean the glass. I have bought this Wakizashi many years ago from a reputable seller on eBay(daimyou54eb) The condition of the blade is that there are some small flaws. It is an old-sharpened blade. The hamon is strong(Gunome choji but I might be wrong) It has a shirasaya. What makes this wakizashi so special is that there is an old bullet wound. Which probably occurred during the Meiji Restoration. The bullet hit the shinogi-ji and was deflecting, very likely saving the life of the samurai owner.
