This is a used 2 motion 1 speed pushbutton control. I believe it is made by Duct-O-Wire but not sure as the data plate is missing. It does have a RP-2 stamped on the case. It is a well made heavy duty control in good condition. All switches work well and were checked for continuity. It comes with about 13' of 16 gauge SOW 7 wire with lanyard.
