This is a very heavy 8 1/8" long 5" wide clevis shackle that is marked but it is very hard to read clearly. It looks like it has a star mark on one side and the WLL mark with worn numbers. It is strong and just has a bit of surface rust on the bolt but not bad! The bolt from end to end is 8" wide. I hope this info helps with figuring out size! I will do my best to answer questions! Toro Wheel Horse 417-8 Riding Mower W/42" Deck, Snow Plow and Clevis Hitch
Boy. They don't make'em like this anymore! Wheel Horse 417-8 garden tractor, with a 42" rear discharge deck, 48" snow plow, cleated tires, electric lift, and the very desirable clevis hitch attachment. This is a 1986 model 31-17K802, with Kohler KT-17 Series II engine and full pressure lubrication to the main bearings, rods, and valve train. If you know anything about Wheel Horses, you know that this machine was built with a heavy-duty rear, cast iron front axle, and heavy steel frame. With the cleated tries, it is perfectly suited to garden use. The previous owner used a plow and disk with it regularly. It was top of the line when purchased, and is lightyears beyond what the big box stores sell today. For a 28 year old machine. It's in good shape. But it has some wear, and is being sold strictly"as-is" with ... moreno warranties. Here are the known issues: the hour meter is not working; it's stopped at 1150 hours. The previous owner estimated the total hours at 1400. The test switch for the dash lights is broken, and the steering gear has play. Parts of the tractor and deck have been repainted. The deck is solid, with no rust holes, and the spindles are good. Typical of older Wheel horse decks, it has been plated and welded around a couple of the bolt holes as shown in the photo. I have a new PTO belt to fit this deck, and will include it with the sale. The plow is in good condition, but should have a new edge. A new transmission belt has been installed on the tractor. I purchased tractor as part of a package deal. And put about 20 hours on it mowing 1.5 acres while my other'Horse was under repair. It runs strong and has incredible torque. No smoke or knocks. I don't need two, and my wife says she wants the garage space back. Someone's getting a good deal on a good machine. This item is local pickup only.
