Antique. Vintage wonderfully constructed Mechanic's Creeper. The original boards, fasteners and casters have a great old patina and item displays very well. There are not any markings that I can find on this sturdy piece. I would imagine it is from the early 1900's. The wheels are heavy metal but two of them are worn down to half the diameter and are now half circles. This would have taken years of use and wear to get them down this far. Part of the wood between these casters has worn down as well. Wood is in great condition for age. The headrest is adjustable, which is unique for this early of a creeper.The item is in used condition as can be expected. Mixed Lot of Vintage Hard Rubber Porcelain and Plastic Wheel Casters. The largest wheel swivels and measures approximately 3.5" diameter by 1.25" wide. Shaft is 4.75" tall. The others vary in sizes.
