Please do not show up at my warehouse without an appointment. There is no charge for local pickup. Buyer agrees to pick-up items paid for. Within 45 days of payment, and further understands that storage beyond reasonable time damages the seller. Items paid for and not picked up 45 days after payment. Or when the ebay auction expires, whichever comes first, are forfeited as abandoned and as payment for storage costs and liquidated damages, with no refund given. Buyer assumes responsibility to ensure safety of this item. The seller is unable to make any guarantees regarding safety of this item.
