Miller Aerowave TIG Welder with Coolmate 3 and Versa-Tig torch switch
This Aerowave is in great shape. It hasn't been used for 2 years but has been in a heated shop. I used to cylinder head repair. That's why I bought it. I think I am the second owner. It comes with a cart. Coolmate 3 and a Versa-Tig 3 torch selector switch. I have a bunch of tungstons and torch parts. It all comes with it. I have 5 torches to go with it. The cart was home made by the owner before me. It is not currently hooked up so I can't turn it on. It has a quick connect for the power(both ends included) and for the ground. This is a local pick up only. I'm in Ithaca NY(1 hr SW of Syracuse) I don't have any way to lift it onto a truck so a lift-gate or a trailer/truck with rams will be needed. You're bidding on an Everlast tig and stick welder that I've owned for just over a year and a half(warranty started late Nov. or early Dec. 2012) NOTE: The warranty IS transferable. And there is just under 3-1/2 years left on it. I am selling this welder for the simple reason that I was finally able to buy the Everlast 250EX I've been drooling over for a few years. This 160STH comes with everything that was part of the original(basic) purchase. Plus a few accessories like the Everlast foot pedal that goes with this machine($100 upgrade) a brand new nylon torch cable jacket that I just installed 2 days ago(the stock covering was a little stiff for my liking) the misc. gas lens and matching ceramic cups, one 3.5" tungsten, a brand new NEMA 6-50R recepticle(so you can make a 120V to 240V pigtail) and a matching lime green welder ... morecover(and regulator cover) that I stitched from automotive/marine grade vinyl and thread specifically for this unit. I forgot to take a pic of the cover(s) tonight, but I will edit the auction or add a link tomorrow when I have access to the welder and the covers. I spent nearly $700 for everything this auction includes, not counting my time to stitch the covers up. I have to admit I was really skeptical of any welder not made by Miller. For sale is a 2008 Model Miller Diversion 165 AC/DC TIG Welder This is a great entry level unit. And really simplifies the AC/DC TIG welding process. The unit was working great until about a week ago when it blew the breaker and will no longer power on. I have been told it is most likely a problem with the main board. I have not opened the unit but it appears that the previous owner has. NO TORCH included This will be a great purchase if you know a thing or two about fixing these welders. Or just use it for parts.
