This unit was removed from an operational environment. Inspected inside and out for damage and none was found. To the best of our knowledge this unit is fully operational. This is an inline disc attrition mill for particle size reduction. Applications may include plastic grinding. Trash grinding, waste water grinding, grease trap waste grinding, septic waste grinding, industrial waste grinding, coal slurry grinding, rock slurry grinding, and many other hard to grind substances. The inline grinder sells new for 85.000.00 The manufacturer is still in business and does support this model as the current model being sold. Parts are available form the manufacturer. Currently set up to grind into small 1/4" chunks. A fine grind ring can be purchase from Multi shear to grind much smaller. The unit is mounted on a robust square stock frame with ... moregussets. The mounting frame is included in the sale. Unit does not show significant wear to the inside casing on input or output sides of the grinder. Unit was stored with hydraulic fluid in the drive seal and exchanger. The heat exchanger is forced air cooled. And is in good working order(no leaks) Fluid is new and ready to operate. This unit is surplus to our ongoing operations. Multi Shear's write up on the unit: 4" inlet. 4" outlet and an 8" diameter rotor. Double mechanical seal mounted in a stainless steel cartridge with tungsten and silicon carbide faces. RPM ranges from 1.200 to 3,600. ARMSTRONG BLUM MARVEL METAL PUNCH - SHEAR ROD CUTTER PARTER SHEET STEEL IRONWORK
This is a ARMSTRONG BLUM- MARVEL combination fabricator. I believe this is a model#0. This can punch. Shear and cut rod. The rod cutter at it's largest is 3/4"+. So I'll figure 3/4" bar stock is the maximum size for this. The smallest is about 5/16" I tryed the parter on the 1/2" bar stock and the 3/8" 1/4" all thread rod. Cut all pieces easy. The shear looks like it could cut 3" wide flat stock. However, the blades are short of completing the cut all the way to the tip. The blades look like they need to be shimed more, top& bottom. Tryed it on a piece of 1/8" thick bar stock, cut it quick and easy. The punch is almost 7/16" diameter. Tryed it on a piece of thin galvanized sheet metal( 0.40" And the 1/8" thick bar. The handle takes a piece of 1 1/2" schedule 40 pipe. ... more6 ft in length, not included) which threads into the handle. APT Drill Motor / Hi Shear Palm Drill w/ attachments
Here is my spare tool lot that will be good for those who need a certain drill or attachment. The Hi shear palm drill is in great working condition I just do not know the rpm of the tool. The attachment are all Jiffy/UAT pancake attachment and are in brand new condition. I didn't have the right drill motor for the splines on these attachments. The APT drill motor runs great as well the rpm on it is 450. Again I do not have any attachment for it. Note: the attachments in this auction do not fit on the APT drill motor or the hi shear palm drill, I am depleting my extra tooling that I have no use for.
