Normally it’s a 14” swing but this is an Extremely Rare version, if you ... morelook at the 3rd picture there is a removable section just under the chuck that can be removed to swing up to 21” i removed this from a neighbors basement and completely wire wheel each individual piece. I completely submerged every piece in Kroll Oil then reassembled it. Everything is completely functional and is ready for possibly a museum, or ready to go back to work after 100 years of service. “A tool that built tools”. Probably made parts for WWI. It’s truly a piece of our history.
