Would measure 2" 2 1/2" Has patina/some surface rust. Don't know if the spindle is supposed to lock? The measuring points look flat. It does seem to spin OK. A little rough, but its likely vintage. Will certainly need inspected. Some of the tools have light engraving of initials. Also one Starrett telescope for parts(not pictured. I feel I have described this tooling accurately and truthfully.
