This is a 1990/91 Km80 88 ton injection molding machine. Machine is in working condition. See video below. This machine just had a brand new pump and main pressure value installed, over 5k spent. Has only be tested since. It has hydrolic core pull. The machine had a Conair PE III robot on it. We have removed the robot, but we left the hookup on the machine. The machine also has an option on it which allows injection while you are moving the core into position. Used in coining a piece. we are selling the machine as is to make room for a larger press. The allrounder allows the user to set the clamp unit horizontal or vertical so that you can do insert molding and parting line injection. They are very easy to set-up and operate, and I have made many production parts on these. The machine has been completely re-built. All control functions(semi-auto/ auto/ manual) work perfectly, and the control unit is standard 120v. You connect to standard air pressure(min 80 psi at 8-10 cu/ft) and you are ready to go. I will include some small mold frames that I built for this machine that can be used to produce other parts, and some plastic resin to start molding today. 1994 275 ton HP(hydraulic) injection molding machine. With a Pathfinder 1000 controller. This machine was bought, at auction, several weeks ago, for the Pathfinder 1000 controller only(to serve as a backup to the same controller that we have on another machine) But, we've reconsidered whether or not a"spare" controller is a necessity or a luxury, and are reluctant to scrap what may be a perfectly good molding machine. The machine may or may not run.no one knows. It was owned by an automotive supplier, located near Dayton, OH, and needs to be moved out on Oct. 2nd or 3rd(Thur. or Fri. The financial risk to a potential buyer is, basically, little more the cost of rigging and transportation costs. We have a quote of about $2,500 for the rigging on the seller's end. The asking price of the machine is $7,000. If the machine is"dead ... moreon arrival" we'll agree to purchase the controller back, for $2,000, as long as it's within 90 days of the date of sale.
