We charged for 12 hours and only achieved partial power using the battery pack. As you can see from the photos, the battery compartment is clean. No corrosion, swelling or leaking of batteries. They may have simply reached the end of their useful life, or perhaps need a longer charging time because this unit has not been used in a while. Good overall used cosmetic condition. Though there are scratches and scuffs to paint. We do not have the equipment or knowledge to test. Weight is 9 lbs. 12 oz. before packaging for shipment.
