In the one set of pictures you can see ... morethe power light is on, the internal light is one, the scope had the green dot on it, and the tubes were lit up.then the fuse blew on the back(I left the fuse in the back for the winning bidder to make it easy to match a new one) I have no idea how to oporate so maybe I did something wrong or the radio tubes need replaced or something. The manual is available online for free and it says if the fuse blows it is either: Shorted AC line on the primary side, defective rectifier tubes, defective filter capacitor, or short in filament connection, should be a somewhat easy fix for someone who nows how to do it. I did put in a second fuse and it stayed on longer, but blew again. As you can see from the pictures of the inside, it is nice and clean and all wires appear to be in tact.can't see any reason for it to not work with a little tlc. All the knobs look great, no cracks or anything that I can see and they all appear to move properly. The screen has no cracks and very minimal wear. The metal ring around the screen is a bit worn as you can see in the photo but honestly comes off pretty easy, a little spray paint and it would look brand new. I have no idea how to hook something up

It powers up and displays waveforms; I can't speak to its calibration and have not tested it with any external signals. The case is solid, but the faceplate has some stains where it appears adhesive was removed.

Vintage Eico model 460 DC wide band oscilloscope. Comes with manual for the oscilloscope and the book Modern Oscilloscopes and their Uses by Jacob J. Ruiter. JR. It powers on and displays a green blob which shifts around appropriately when I fiddle with the vertical and horizontal knobs. I don't know how to test it any further but if you've got any suggestions. I'll gladly try. It appears to have all of its parts and pieces. The handle makes carrying quite easy. EICO 460 DC WIDE-BAND OSCILLOSCOPE EXCELLENT Beautiful working example of a 1960’s DC TO 4.5 Mhz AC/DC coupled oscilloscope. This scope looks like it was rarely used. The handle is in great shape but does show some use. The EICO Quality Control tag is still attached. Trace is slightly tilted. The Phase Control turns tightly. The square wave is a 1Khz calibration signal from an HP scope. Date code on CRT is 1976. I am going to pack bubble wrap inside of the scope when I ship it to keep the CRT and tubes from moving during shipment.
