It powers up just fine but I have not tested it with other complements so I am not sure whether it works accurately or not. Sold"as is" Could use some tlc cleaning. Appears to be in good shape. Cord is great. Not sure about the fuse in the back. Since I am not familiar with this type if equipment, I don't attempt to take it apart or pull fuses, etc. Again.buying"as is"let's assume it doesn't work. And If it does.
