recent find: vintage 1950s Voice of Music tri-o-matic tube record player model 560A plays 16. 33, 45 and 78 rpm records table top model. This is solid, measures 21.5" tall x 10.5" tall x 18.5" deep i tested a 33 record. It took awhile for the tubes to warm up first. but when i put the record on it sounded great, nice and loud i'm not sure if all function of this model work properly(the dropping of the record automatically. Etc. i only tested a 33, nothing else case is in EXCELLENT shape. Not all scratched up and dinged and dented. it does have some wear, but i'd give it an 8 or 8.5 out of 10, with some love it could look mint again, needs some polish, etc but no major body work on the wood i'm selling this AS IS. Come with Legs and the adapter to play all records. Good Neddle. Okay. I powered it up and the motor is strong. Play records great. Lights up. and does play and sound pretty good. But. There was a clicking sound while playing. This could be as easy as pulling plate of and adjusting a small thing. Also, This has sound and the amp was outputting, Volume and tone work. But there was some static, breakup when I turned up.I do not know if automatic play works. But my guess is no. Overall. This is a great item that could easily be brought back to its original state. This is a Vintage Voice Of Music Model 560A Mid Century Modern Record Player 4 Speeds in both working and needs repair condition as follows. The turntable. Speakers, Speed Control, Tone controls are working with the reject/return in place but not working. We gave it a look and all appears original and complete but for whatever reason the reject/return will not work. The overall sound is good some cleaning on the switches may be needed as there is some scratch. The case is in good shape as is the front fabric and a cleaning should pick it up well. There are some use marks scratches but all appears original with the lid holder working properly.
