Hello. I have a used Nakajima REX 26-188 for sale. It is very similar to some Consew models, I beleive the 118 in particular. It is in very good condition. The previous owner had kept it in a basement for the past few years before I bought it. I cleaned it, greased it, and have been using it for a few months on light work with cordura. It currently has a clutch motor. Everything works very well( reverse, bobbin winder, knee lift, motor, stitch length, etc. and it runs smoothly. This CONSEW Cloth cutter was made in Japan. It is model number 500-C. It is a workhorse that my grandfather used for many many years in his upholstery shop. It is an antique but I don't know exactly how old it is. It has been sitting in the garage since he passed away in the 90s. I made no attempt to clean it as I know nothing about this machine and didn't want to mess it up. But I'm sure with some compressed air, a wet cloth and some WD-40 this will clean up beautifully! If you plan to use it regularly you should probably change the cord, it is showing signs of wear(see photos)

This machine comes with a brand new Servo motor(CSM-550) for optimal speed control and quiet operation(perfect for working in an apartment or home) The machine was also professionally serviced 2 weeks ago where the following items were replaced: hook. Overall it looks in good condition in my opinion. It has scratches and nicks but no damage that I can see and it turns over by hand.
