12.5" ID 14.5" deep vacuum chamber for CVD gas shower, sample stage, load lock
This auction is for a CVD deposition chamber. The top port is ISO 320- I have adapters that will take this to 8" conflat if you prefer. The bottom port is ISO 250 and is extra thick to allow drilling for sample stage fixturing. The chamber has(2) ISO 100. 2) KF 50 and(2) KF 40 accessory ports. There is a 5 1/4" by 1" rectangular port with load lock for sample entry. Gas shower ID is 8" and is plumbed to a single 1/4" VCR port on the outside of the chamber. The sample stage has provisions both for RF heating as well as cooling. The stage can be biased if desired. Both the stage and load lock are set up for 4" wafers. This unit can be UPSed in 3 boxes but the ebay shipping wizard is not configured for that. I have set the shipping to freight and will pack and ship via ups for actual cost.

I got this vacuum pump at a warehouse estate sale and have never personally used it. I plugged it in and it worked and sounded good. It came on when I plugged it in and didn't notice a switch on it. It has a foot switch but I pushed it several times and it didn't do anything so the foot switch either doesn't work or its supposed to do something other than turn it on and off. I don't know exactly what the foot switch is supposed to do. I assume its to turn it on and off. I had to unplug it to turn it off. Its got some dust on it and I'm not planning on doing any more cleaning on it before I ship it so you'll receive it as is. As far as condition goes the pics say it all so zoom in and take a closer look.
