The repeater works correctly if fitted with a known working exciter. The best case is it will be an easy repair. At worst you will need to source a replacement exciter. I have replaced the original Xicor prom that holds the codeplug with a new Atmel chip as the Xicor ones tend to be flaky. The fan on the power supply is okay. As can be seen in the pictures there is a dent in the top edge at the front at the top of the PSU and a less noticeable one on the rear. Whilst these are analog repeaters. They can be run in Astro CAI compatible mode to act as simple P25 digital repeaters. This is a DB Products model# DB-4076 UHF Repeater Duplexer. It has four cavities in the Pass/Reject configuration. It has excellent performance. And has been retuned to the 440-450 MHz Ham Radio band from its original 450-470 MHz frequencies. It is a 19" wide rack-mount unit, it uses female type"N" connectors, and includes all factory interconnect cables and a copy of the tuning instructions. PayPal will be accepted for payment. UHF compact repeater duplexer Cellwave 633-A?
This Duplexer came from a former ham repeater. These are refered to compact or"mobile" duplexers and are suitable for repeaters up to 40-50 watts. It was taken off the air about 8 years ago. And this duplexer was found in storage. It had been originally an ebay purchace and never did have the lable attached. It strongly appears to be a Cellwave 633-6A This would make it built for 450-470 MHZ. 5 MHZ split 50 watts maximum power 1.4 dB insertion loss 75 dB isolation + SO-239 on TX and RX Port. N female ANT port It worked flawlessly on a 25 watt Kenwood repeater on 443.050+ You can see from the photos that is has not been abused. Compare it to photos of a Cellwave 633-6a-2 and I think you will agree that this matches. Please look at the photos clearly and ask any questions BEFORE bidding.

The rack mount case was removed so that the repeater would sit on a shelf at the remote site. I had this repeater in service for four years. I used it nearly every day and it worked great. I really miss using this equipment. It shows some sign of use. There is a crack and a crushed spot on the front. The marks are only in the plastic and do not impact operation in any way. This is a non working BF-3000 Ham Repeater. The repeater was setup by the factory for a Ham. We sent it to him and the first thing he did was try to change the freq. It worked fine until he got him fingers in it. Once he did that it stopped working and he filed a paypal dispute as not as described. I got some of my money back because I had emails from him saying it worked fine and another email saying he get into it and now it's not working. It's perfect outside condition since he only had it 2 weeks and it was new from the factory when we sent it to him. He paid $450 for it. Look up on google specs on the unit. It does have an internal duplexer inside. We sold many of these units and never had a problem with them. You could send the repeater back to the factory to fix it.
