Up for sale is this Posicheck 3 scba test console. It is used but functions perfectly. No issues other than it is in need of its' annual calibration. It comes complete with everything you need to hook it up to your computer and run tests. It does come with Survivair software, but you can purchase any you need( MSA, Draeger, Scott, whatever) and use this machine to test those apparatus. You do need to load the posi software onto your computer to use the machine. I'm assuming if you are interested in purchasing this unit, you know how it works and what is required. It is fairly complicated to set up for the first time, but if this is a back up unit for your company, you will know what to do. If not, Honeywell customer support is very helpful in getting you up and running. As far as the calibration is concerned. The cost is $575.00 plus ... moreshipping, which isn't cheap! and it HAS to be calibrated in order to run tests. It will run tests without a current calibration date, but it will state on the printed report that the unit was NOT calibrated for the test. We have two options here. 1. You purchase the unit. I send it DIRECTLY to Honeywell for calibration, I pay the $575 and shipping out of the"buy it now price" Or, 2. you purchase at a lower cost and take care of the calibration yourself. Up for auction is a SCOTT 4.5 4500 psi SCBA Self Contained Breathing Apparatus. This pack comes complete with harness. Regulator, cylinder and mounting bracket. I bought this pack 2 years ago in 2012 for my son to take FF1& FF2. I had the SCBA serviced and brought up to standard NFPA regulation by a certified SCOTT SERVICE CENTER. The cylinder was hydrostatic tested which is good for 5 years. The face piece is AV2000 medium. It has the built in pass device and pressure gauge, with the buddy breathing hose and face piece connection. The pack was cleaned and maintained after each use in his class. I paid 1000.00 for everything and the starting bid is half of that purchase price. There is a picture of the service bill and the vendors contact numbers if anyone wants proof of its service.
