PORTABLE JIB CRANE- HOIST- VACUUM LIFTER WAY COOL
IP Automation built the vacuum head assembly. I'm not sure if they built jib crane. The base is 48"x46" Top of the rail is 98" Pole is 7" diameter. The jib arm has adjustable stops on the pole. Jib is 8' long. Under vacuum plate is 67" high. The vacuum plate is set up for 18"x17" minimum. Of course you could always rework it for what you need. It uses a vacuum generator. Runs off shop air. The lifting plate is made so you can operate it with one hand. There is a handle and a control box next to it. With the up and down buttons and a switch for the vacuum on and off. The hoist is a Harrington 125 lb capacity with two speeds and runs on 110 volt. The whole machine weighs about 1400 lbs. Everything works great and I think its had little use. This auction is for a used DSLR-Devices mini crane/jib. The jib has been used and has some surface wear and scratches from use but is still in perfect working condition. You will get everything shown in the picture. After you receive the crane you will only need to purchase counter weights similar to the ones shown in the instructions and a quick release plate like a Manfrotto 577. The only piece missing is the nut for the 10mm screw but that should not be needed if you use a standard Manfrotto quick release as I did. Please see all pics for details. The height span of the support arm is pictured at 5 feet but the total height is probably around 6 feet. This crane was purchased, along with three others, at a metal fabrication shop. One of the other purchased cranes was identically built and has a Spanco manufacturing sticker on it(see note on the picture) leading us to believe that this is a Spanco crane.
