As well as Cat 1276 which likely means the catalog number. The inside panel. All cast iron, has a metal plate that says BELL BOX with arrows above it. Underneath is a brass tag 311 test that slides from left to right uncovering what looks like a place where the fireman would test the box to see if it is working.
