This is a used Federal Signal Legend 45" lightbar with alley and takedown lights. I am unable to test this because it requires a Federal Signal Interface Module. It was removed from a working environment and is believed to be functional but no guarantee. The lenses are yellowed but not terrible. Please see the photos for additional information. As with all of my items. They come from a police environment and show signs of wear. There may be dust, dirt, grime, nicks, scratches and velcro residue. A vintage"bullet-style" FEDERAL Mechanical Siren and Warning Red Light. Model WL. Measures 14" long and about 6" in diameter. Wired for 24 volts. I have owned this Siren for over 25 years. It had the original box but over the years it did not survive. I do not believe this was ever installed but can not guarantee it. It is a military unit painted in olive drap. Paint has some bumps and nicks; glass lens has no defects in it. Have not attempted to see if it works since it is 24v. Shouldn't be that hard to fix if you have correct application. NYPD Siren, P-660 Federal Sign and Signal
A vintage police siren P-660 that was made for the NYPD. It runs and has been hooked up to a car battery and it is LOUD! It does have the pulsator in the front and it spins. However there is a gasket/spacer missing to link the motor and pulsator together but it should not be hard to make or rig. It has a few dents as you can see in the picture it is old and needs a polish but a very rare and antique siren for the perfect collector.

Gaskets show weathering and bottom of base has been trimmed for previous application and the 3 housing screws have been updated to stainless phillips shouldered#8 screws. 2 of the original straight blade screws will be included with the sale. Overall height is 10" on a 9.5 OD base. I've tested this unit and it works great! Rotator spins smoothly and motor hums healthy. Vintage Electrical Motor Federal Sign Signal Safety Fire Police Equipment
Here is a vintage or antique motor that is by Federal Sign System. Today it is known as Federal Signal System. They made sirens. Police sirens, fire alarms, outdoor lighting, sirens to warn Londoners of incoming air raids and the like. I don't know what this was used for but it has a chain. And it has the F with a lightening bolt which I believe was under the name Thunderbolt. It looks in good but used shape. I have no way to test it or even know what it was for. It only has what looks like a little surface rust on the two wheel like things. Otherwise I think it looks good.
