SOLD AS IS. Up for auction is a TLA-50. It's a great sounding compressor that is in excellent cosmetic condition and good working condition. All power lights function normally. The item powers up. Passes signal and compresses normally, but the meter needle has begun to stick lately. It usually fixes itself after the compressor has had a chance to warm up, but I'm not sure if it will need repair, so I'm selling AS IS. If you don't mind the sticking needle you can always compress by ear. If you want to resolve the issue you can email Summit Audio and they'll send you the recalibration protocol or you could have a tech do it. Fully supports TTL mode when used with a complementary Contax camera body like a Contax RTS II. RX, N1, 645, etc. It also will work nicely on other manufacturer's camera bodies like a Nikon, Canon, and Sony in Auto or Manual modes. I've used this with my Sony Nex in Auto-mode and it works surprisingly well. In auto-mode, just set your aperture and zoom on your flash, and you're good to go. Controls are quick and easy to set. The Contax TLA 360 offers bounce and swivel capabilities. It has a sync terminal for optional wireless triggers.
