That goes up to 25 units(does not specify pounds or Kilos) it is 4-1/2” long with out the loop and hook, the hook is 3” and the loop is 1-1/8” these may not be original, but added later. The scale has a brass front that has oxidized with age, the back appears to be cast ion, with a black finish that is wearing off. The only markings on the scale is a star with a cross hair type design inside it, there are no markings as to age, manufacturer or country of origin. Switching, and multiplexing 4 room measurement microphones for the purpose of equalizing and calibrating studios and commercial theaters using very high quality measurement microphones instead of the inexpensive electret microphones often used in the field. Typically one would connect 1 to 4 calibrated AKG C460B/CK62 omni-directional microphones(or similar phantom powered omni-directional flat frequency response microphones) to the MPX-4 and then plug the output of the MPX-4 into the measurement device like a 1/3 octave analyzer or computer based acoustic measurement system. Please note this MPX-4 does not come with the microphones. The microphones must be purchased ... moreseparately. AKG has several phantom powered condenser microphone models that would work with this MPX-4. The MPX-4 provides the phantom powering voltage for the microphones.
