I see that someone bypassed the internal microswitch and wired the 120V directly to the flash lamp, so perhaps the microswitch failed or they didn’t have the mating connector to the DIN plug. The heat exchanger/pump unit is included in the sale. But, this system has not been tested so is sold for parts or repair only. For your consideration. I am offering one NEC FX-1801 YAG mini laser welder. Three collimator lenses are included, and a copy of the user manual(approx 97 pages) It has three 15 meter(approx length) fiber output cables. It appears to function properly. Here is what I know about it: It was one of two that were no longer needed at JDSU when they downsized the local R&D lab. The current shot count is 24026. I was able to start it up and burn little holes with it and spot weld super thin stainless steel as a test. It does have a couple of dents in the cabinet. Likely from moving around during downsizing. The dents in no way impinge on any interior components or assemblies. See pictures. I have no key for the safety switch(I bypassed it during testing) It is quite heavy.
