Originally part of a laser vacuum gauge(I think) the photos show the original thing it came out of- what you get is the transformer, the regulator assembly, the back panel with power connector(so you know how to wire up the transformer) and the aluminum heat sink/chassis. This is a great core for a low noise analog power supply- I would guess that the current capability is around 3 to 5 amps per voltage form- there are 4 separate voltages, one is unregulated and I forgot to measure it, the other three are +15, 15, and +5. The unregulated one looks like it is also aprox +15(because the cap is 30V) This is a linear regulator, not a switcher, so it will be low noise and not cause interference. This item is a very powerful xenon gas flash lamp for a ruby or dye laser. It is optimized for fast pulses to generate more blue or UV light. The lamp is made of fused silica that passes to UVC. But doped to cut off the ozone generating wavelengths. It would be ideal for pumping a home built dye laser. The electrode ends are 1/4 inch diameter and the silica part is 5/16 inch diameter with the trigger wire as shown. The lamp has been tested and works fine, you will need a minimum of about 650V to fire this lamp. It would be an ideal match for the big scary HV capacitor I have in another listing. These are a lot of two used laser diode adapters for allowing the 5.6mm laser diodes to be used with collimators designed for 9mm laser diodes. Typically the optics used with 9mm diodes are of better quality than the 5.6mm laser diodes. Especially with regards to range of beam, while the newer 5.6mm laser diodes tend to be higher power than the 9mm diodes. These little parts will allow you to upgrade, repair or retrofit older equipment with the newer, more reliable, and more powerful 5.6mm diodes. A good example of a piece of equipment that can be fixed with these and a cheap 5.6mm diode from a laser pointer is a old spectra physics pipe laying laser. This is a very large cylindrical lens used for industrial laser diode welding and heat treatment machines up to 3KW optical power at 808nm+. 15nm. It is part of an optical system that will correct the beam from the arrays to make it able to be focused to about 10mm on the workpiece. The lens will work with other wavelengths up to 980nm and as short as visible ranges, with some attenuation in the green region. This means that there is no glue to burn up leaving the limit to power up to the thermal management system you design and the damage threshold of the coatings. It was for a very high power DPSS laser of up to 500mw CW. The crystal itself measures about 5mm and the pumped portion is 2mm in diameter. The HR is a porro prism that takes rods up to 1/4 inch diameter. Since the optic uses total internal reflection only the Y axis needs fine adjustment to make the laser align well. The other optic is about 95%R at 1064nm. This optic is 1/2 inch diameter and was manufactured by coherent for Lumenis medical lasers. It is a new optic in the original tube they ship them in. So you are getting a Good used HR prism mirror. And a New Lumenis medical laser OC mirror for your Yag laser project. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.
