This is a lot of two 1W 835nm laser diodes. Both diodes are useful for tests and experimentation. But have mechanical problems that prevent their use in an industrial plate setter machine: As follows; one has the pin that is tied to the case broken with a fiber that is coupled to a ST style fiber connector, this diode should have the anode directly tied to the case using a mounting screw. The other diode has the ST connector is missing, output is directly from the fiber itself. Both diodes are tested to function well electrically and optically. These are very good for IR illumination and industrial applications like cutting and engraving. These lasers are extremely hard to find, and unlike the standard bare diodes, you do not need special optics to use it, a simple focusing lens will do. 4W IR Laser Diode and Driver, TEC and Control, Fiber Optic Port
Up for bid. Some of my laser toys. I never got around to completing this laser project. Components are as follows: JDS Uniphase 4W infrared laser diode with fiber optic port, mounted to a copper heat spreader, on top of a TEC(thermoelectric cooler) a heat sink and cooling fan. Also included are a 2.5 amp Wavelength Electronics Laser diode driver, and a thermoelectric controller. There is a thermistor mounted on the heat spreader for feedback of the laser temperature. I have tested the parts individually, but not as a system. I'm also including all the paperwork I have collected. The fiber needs to be mounted and polished. You need to make friends with a telephone fiber person to get this done. There is also a.025 fiberglass rod mounted to the top of the diode housing for stiffening the fiber. Fiber Optic Laser Light Show Beam Delivery Cable Single Mode 100um Core SMA ST
This is a lot of two rolls of fiber optic cable zip tied togther. The cables have ST connectors on one end and a SMA connectors on the other end. The SMA goes to the LAUNCH side. And the ST goes on the galvo lens gizmo. These are estimated to be about 100 feet+ per coil. Good for experiments or serious projects, was originally used with a white light laser to feed a remote galvo scanner system for light shows. I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.

Coherent FAP-I diode laser with fiber delivery
For Sale. Coherent FAP-I. 25Watt 808nm laser diode system with Thermal Electric cooling and associated electronics in the package. The cover is removed to show the internal parts. Although I don't have the exact power reading from testing– it is a 25w module. It is a few years old but I have had this in controlled storage and it is unused. This also comes with the proper fiber optic cable for this FAP-I. Because of the way the 19 diodes launched into 19 fibers are bundled in to the ferrule. The mating ferrule on the single 800um fiber has to be exactly the right length, so they don’t crash into the bundle. This is the proper fiber with armor and anti-reflective coatings to get almost 99% transmission from fiber. Because of nature of laser diodes, no returns on this. No international shipping.
