This item is a small mirror for laser beam delivery for a Versa-Pulse coherent laser. The Versa pulse medical laser has 3 different wavelengths. Holmium for dense tissue, Erbium Yag for hard tissue like bone, and Nd:Yag for soft tissue. These mirrors also are coated for reflecting a yellow, orange, or red HeNe lasers. In short you get a very nice mirror that is basically broadband for near IR. The laser mirror measures about 18x24mm and is designed for 45 degrees AOI. This item is pretty hard to find. Coherent 501QM-VD-ES This is one. Of only a handful of lasers I know of, that was modified by Coherent for an aerospace company. These units typically put out 3 watts, max. This one is currently doing 4W's of 532nm green output. I just replaced the pump diode with a brand new 18W unit. It comes stock with either a 9 or 12W depending on options selected. Those of you who know this unit will also know how to turn the current up to reach the 5-6 watts its capable of without any additional hardware. Runs in CW mode or q-switched to 80khz. Everything was just gone through by Coherent. Heat sink added to head, optics and components re-aligned and replaced as necessary. If you're looking for a laser for show use, in the lab, or for marking/engraving, I doubt you will find a better one at this price point. This is a very high quality meniscus lens used for DPSS pumping. It can also be used as a workpiece lens for an industrial cutting/burning laser. It has a FL of about 6mm. And will accept beam diameters of up to 9mm. I used one of these to replace a damaged lens in a small industrial micro-welder, and it worked BETTER than the original lens did when it was new! This is a small protection optic for passively q-switched dpss lasers. It prevents backward going pulses from reaching the pump diode and blowing it up. These plates are used in several Coherent lasers as well as the JDS Uniphase MALDI tripled yag lasers. Melles Griot also uses similar optics on their blue 1W DPSS lasers. Coated HR1064/AR808 on one side. And AR808 on the other side. Dotted side faces the pump diode. The coating quality is good enough to use as a HR mirror also.
