This is a Newgate Technologies Refrigerated Air Dryer. It is in good used condition and is fully functioning. This air dryer contains both pre and cold filters internal to the unit. Both filters are included and in working order. And the light indicating the filters need to be changed is not on(implying the filters are still good) I was not familiar with this brand of air dryer, but the build quality appears to be quite good. They appear to have used high quality components(such as Danfoss) I tested everything on the dryer, including the"drain test" and everything functioned properly. The compressor runs smoothly and quietly, and the heat exchanger looks good. were quite helpful with answering questions. I do not know for sure the age of the dryer. I spoke to someone at the manufacturer. And they said the last 2 digits of the serial ... morenumber indicated the age. This would mean it was made in 2011, but I have no way to verify that. This is a VERY nice compressor in VERY nice shape- I didn't clean it up at all. It came from a major manufacturing company and was one of four similiar units ran through a sequencer. The hour meter shows 12002 operating hours, however it was replaced at 40426 hours, which means it has about 52000 hours run time. The old meter is in the cabinet. It has 32178 load hours. The sheet metal on belt guard is dent free.There are some small scratches on top of tank from forklift forks sliding under saddle. This unit has always been inside, powered by a 5 HP 3(phase) motor complete with power cord and 3 phase disconnect. The unit was operating fine when i personally removed it from service. As you can see from the pictures unit is clean and is a 2 stage compressor. Some where the top belt guard got misplaced and is no longer with the machine.
