Great machine. Has done really good with console repairs for me, reflow only. The bottom heating element might need to be replaced or the sensor is not giving a correct reading. The light needs replacement too. I think its the sensor. Based on the fact that i can still lift bga chips off during a reflow. I will throw in flux for free. The item cost me 40 dollars and i barely used it. I was using the flux that came with this machine. Everything with the unit is original. Jovy RE-7500 Dark Infra-Red BGA Rework Station This Jovy RE-7500 was used to reball and reflow many Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles. It has been used and not abused. It was purchased from an American Jovy Distributor in Winter Park. Florida. Original price paid was $2399.00. It is working fine& was reballing Xbox 360 motherboards until we recently went into another enterprise. There are two issues: 1 the swing thermocouple was loose and eventually broke so we took of $90.00 for that. Also there is a separate dual thermocouple(included& shown in the pictures) with a new type K lead that we have been using with great success as illustrated by our 100% positive feedback on Ebay. 2 The vacuum pump motor which creates the vacuum used to pull chips with the wand works but the diaphragm is worn& needs replacement. Pace MBT 101 soldering rework desoldering station sensatemp? soldr-x-tractor
This is a used PACE MBT soldering rework station controller. I bought it a while back with my soldr-x-tractor desoldering iron. But have since moved that to a dual station unit and no longer need this. The only thing that needs work on this is that the vacuum pump inside occasionally sticks from lack of use, if I poked the cam with my finger it would start spinning fine. It probably just needs to be lubed up or the o-ring replaced. I mainly used it with a soldering iron, so it didn't bother me. There are a few screws missing from the front/ back of the unit. Only the controller itself is included no irons or other accessories, sold as-is no returns. I only ship international through the ebay program and all items are sold as-is no returns due to shipping costs.
