I used this on many diff projects welding and cutting a variety of different gauge metals WITH NO PROBLEM.It is by far one of the best 110 vlt units made! good condition shows sighs of use some minor scratches. Torch cable needs repair or replacement.Reason I have it listed for parts or repair is.After completing my last project I was not using it and wanted to keep it in like new condition.My thought was to store back in its orig box. AAAHHH that's were i made my mistake I failed to remove the torch cable prior to storing in the box. Hence in order for it to fit in the orig box with the torch still connected you have to Bend or pull the cord to one side.Well over time as I would occasionally need to do a quick weld I would take it in and out of the box. Well hopefully as you can see by the ... morepic in doing this the power connection at the end were it connects to the welder has come lose.I firmly believe it can be Crimped back on with the correct tool.I have still used it after this has happened by simply pushing it back on by hand.As long as you don't pull on it it seems to keep in place for the most part.But obviously needs to be repaired or replaced for trouble free use.I hope I explained this correctly and thoroughly.This is The NASCAR Edition AND IS A CLEAN WORKING WELDER that just needs the torch cable repaired or replaced.I just have not got around to doing either. If you are not familiar with this model I strongly suggest you do a quick research not only does utilize mig and flux core it also can be used like a plasma cutter with the addition of the gun sold by Lincoln.

Hello, This is a HPI Savage Flux that's gone under a pretty significant mod build. This was my baby in Iraq and no longer in need of it. It has served me well but now I need the money. It has a GCMachine extended chassis. I could easily put 6S in it and it would barely lift the front end. Many hop ups including Alum shocks. Extra hard tranny gears, alum hubs\knuckles, heavy duty servo saver, high torque Hitec Servo,just too much to list. One note though, the front tranny is about to go, 95% sure its the spider gears in the front diff. I just don't feel like changing them and selling at what I think is reduced price. Also, the ESC has seen better days and she aint purty but it works. I did not install the rear Golden Horizons Alum Bulkheads. Throwing in couple bodies, one of which is a fiber glass body.
